Not sure if the app is undergoing an upgrade, but it is not working currently (6/21). Also, as others have suggested, it could stand to be more robust in giving options for bill pay transactions and notifications. Otherwise, this is quite an impressive and secure app to use. Hopefully, the recent bugs will be fixed quickly. Update: August 2022. App works well. One of the most efficient banking apps on island.

The app is good but functionality is simple. It's good for transfers and account viewing however, you provide services such as bill payment which I should be able to transact within the app. Additionally, app notifications should be implemented when transactions happen on the account. Transfers to other financial institutions should be implemented. Just a few ideas. It also does a weird flash when you close it and you have to sign back in. It's good and simple to use but it could be great.

The login process always feels like it requires a great deal of effort just to get to the account to then do very basic things like transfers to internal accounts and viewing the balance. Now there's an additional verification feature which does not clearly state that you have to retrieve it from your email and by the time I found it a minute later and entered it in, the authentication page timed out. It was already annoying before and now it's even more annoying and so time consuming.
