Questions answered well, and thoroughly. Great rates on CD and money market account with the increase of interest rates. (4/23) Excellent way to manage my funds. Having recently 3/21 become a single person again, I found excellent assistance from the Bridgetown branch with managing my income, bills and credit by creating subaccounts to collect funds weekly in. Very patient, caring souls work there. 2/13/24 Still a great bank. App works great.

I moved to Texas almost 4 years ago and have not had to find a local c.u. because Kemba can do everything I need through the app. If there is a rare situation that the app doesn't cover, a quick call takes care of it. I have been with Kemba since 2004 and have no need to switch or find a new credit union. They're amazing and their app makes everything so easy.

Works well, but doesn't have all the features I'd like. You can't setup recurring bill payments. You have a maximum dollar value for in bill payments. Works great to view balances and transfer between accounts.
