This app used to be great but over the last couple of updates, I continually experience login issues. After CORRECTLY entering user credentials,it gives error message stating unable to login, try again shortly. The only way I've been able to get around this is either uninstall/reinstall app or just keep waiting, days at time, for it to correct itself. So frustrating 😠 UPDATE: 5 Stars. Feel silly here- the reason the app didn't properly work-My employer WiFi was blocking it. SMH 🙃

I'm only giving three stars because you need to add a feature where we can make payments to our Texas Trust accounts. Every other financial institution I have accounts with, I can attach either a debit card or account and routing number from another financial institution, and simply make a payment with the app without having to go online. Your website is not very user-friendly to make payments either. Otherwise the app always works flawlessly when I want to check my available balance.

Updated 12/25/19: Apparently lighting was the issue for my below problem. I moved to a brighter location in the house and was able to submit the back portion of the check. Seems odd i know, but that's the world we live it! The app works fine for as long as I've been using it. However, mobile deposit no longer works for me (Stock Android 8, LG G7, AT&T) I see it hasn't been updated since March 2019, which seems a bit odd for a banking app, but whatever. Anyways, the mobile deposit no longer works. I select the account, enter the amount, take a picture of the front of the check, and then when I go try to take a picture of the back of the check, it freezes. It will take the picture, but the screen just locks up. I am not sure why and I have tried 2 different checks, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, closed all other apps except the TXTCU app etc, and nothing. I can repeat this over and over and it won't work. I ended up putting my money into a different bank because I couldn't get the mobile app to work here. Again, everything else is working great, the front picture of the check goes great, but when I go to take a picture of the rear, the camera or phone or app freeze and I have to force close the app altogether and try again. Not sure if there is anything I can provide to help the dev-ops of the app, but if there is let me know.
