Ever since the last update, i am not able to open the app on my phone. Play stores gives an error that the app will not work with my device. My old phone with Android version 8 is able to open the app without any problems but my current phone with Android version 14 is getting the error. Please provide a fix for this problem. Thanks

I could not use the app the whole day today. The app kept on giving the red message "Your request could not be completed. Please try again later." Could not do anything at all. Nothing I did helped. I looked to see if there is an update posted but no luck there, either. I am not an expert on the issue but a major update could fix the problem. Regards.

For a year long, it keeps stopping. It doesn't allow me to login, I enter the mobile code and then it just keeps scrolling with no result further. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded. Still no result. I tried to use VPN, too. I even changed my password, but still the app doesn't work. I addedd permissions to the app, but still the same. Very poor experience, unfortunately
