Newest layout is frustrating to use. Waste time trying to find the channel and program that I want to watch, totally not user friendly at all! The old version with the entire guide laid out was so much better and easier to use. Don't understand why they must try to fix what isn't broken, and then proceed to break it even worse.

Terrible app. After an update last week, it's not compatible with my TV. Called customer service, and the agent only kept saying sorry but there is nothing she can do. Requested for her to get their technical team to call me back to resolve this issue, and she promised they would call me the next day. No one has contacted me since...

I'm unable to cast my TV+ from my mobile to TV screen. It's been weeks and no rectification done. It really annoys me that I'm still able to cast other apps but not TV+
