Would like the ability to take photo of item and having barcode added to a database as many items don't show up based on barcode alone. Would also love for items that I have scanned to be added to my regular library of some sort to choose from if I don't buy it a while from now. Love that it is helping me eliminate the food (aka eat it) before it becomes waste!
Hello! Thank you for the valuable feedback, we are looking into adding support for personal photos. We have also taken note of the item history idea. We are very happy to hear that the app is helping you reduce your food waste :)

It's a pretty nice app. I only have one complaint, but it drives me crazy. When scrolling through the months to set an item's expiration date, I have to scroll down to the month each time and then scroll over. That's two scrolls for each month. Is this punishment for using the free version? I would happily pay a one time fee, but I don't want another subscription.

Hi there is no punishment at all for using the free version(it is only there to support us), you shouldn't have to scroll twice for each month. Please contact us on support@steljoy.com with screenshots/explanations and we can certainly look into this.

Have used it for about 30 Minutes now and the app has POTENTIAL, but there's a few things that need to be implemented ASAP. Namely, the database needs to be expanded immediately. Out of about 50 items I scanned, only 2 or 3 were found in their entirety, the others required manual entry which was very tedious. Also, I understand finding pictures on the internet isn't great due to the small database library, but at least implement the option to add our own pictures to the database.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Currently a database that all users can contribute to is in development. Once we test and release the feature, all users should be able to add their own items, with their photos to the database. Other users can then scan the same barcode and retrieve its information.
