I HATE this new version. I USED to love the Galaxy App. Easy to use, convenient, I loved how my purchases showed up. Seeing my rewards points and options was easy. Since the most recent update... its horrible NOW!! My purchases aren't showing up. I can't easily see my points and options anymore. I hate the layout & color scheme.

The app now sucks. I reset my password. It was changed. Went straight to the app to buy tickets and my password was not recognized. So I lose out on points. Then tried to buy tickets with credit card. Filled everything out but ran out of time. Go back to app to book seat again and now it's unavailable, and the theater was empty for that showing. No longer remembers credit card info either. I guess that's it for me and Galaxy. Hello Regal Cinemas.

Everytime I use the app, it prompts me to update, why?! What was wrong with the old app, it worked well, there was no need for a complete makeover? The app awarded me a $15 gift when I finished purchasing my tickets, when I tried to check for details, it promptly crashed, thanks for nothing! The app is even slower than it used to be, and the interface seems less intuitive than before! Nice job, maybe you should pay more attention on making the app faster and more reliable, and less on fluff!!
