This app is promoted by my organisation for food ordering purpose. The problem is the network inside office is very bad. It is very difficult to order food. Also it does not have a good interface. The app is asking for location access. Without that it is impossible to order food. But even after providing location access, it picks wrong office address.

The introduction of this app has not improved food ordering one bit. In fact, it has introduced unnecessary steps and delay in the workflow and made it slower than manual ordering, especially in peak lunch hours. It feels as if the developers have no familiarity at all with the high throughput catering business. The item selection process from the menu is also quite cumbersome if the outlet offers a large number of items.

I am writing this feedback after using the app for around a month. This app is a complete disaster as it takes 5-10 min to load and open the homepage also my account keeps getting signout on its own every other day. Please fix these bugs. For smooth operation of the app and enhance the user experience. Consider this as a honest feedback and do the needful Thnakyou....
