Ratings and reviews

This game is excellent except for a few minor things. The engagement ranges are way too small. No air to air engagements in this game happen outside of 15-20 miles, and in modern combat, that is very impractical. Widen the engagement range by atleast 40 miles or so. At this point, bvr is a non factor. Another thing to go along with that is add an option for longer, more realistic mission times because 4-5 minutes isn't enough for a lot of people.

Game play is pretty awesome, mission types and weapon types have a good selection, Could have added take off and landing sequences making it have more feel to it. aircraft type is also really good. Although in the modern Era almost every country has a version of the f35 which is kind of boring. Sucks though that I have to buy every campaign instead of being able to unlock it. There definitely could be more added to this game to make it over the top but overall it's good.

Addition of the DLC mission types (strike, recon, etc) to the main game would be nice. Additionally, some fixes for AI targeting would be good to have; as it stands, AI planes are unable to target ships, and they are unable to use dumb-fire munitions like bombs and rocket pods. Also, an option to hear the original classic Strike Fighters music would be nice.
