The bell of mindfulness aims to assist the student to meditate, reminding the student to return to the present.
How does the application support? In daily activities you can set every 5 minutes then the bell rings once (or the mode only vibrates to avoid disturbing others) for 1 or more hours to remind you to return to the present.
Used as a meditation bell. You can choose a reminder every 15 minutes or 20 minutes and end in 30 minutes or 1 hour for use during meditation periods.
In addition, the application allows the installation of many different types of bells, nature sounds or just vibrate. Customize bell reminder time, bell end time.
