For the price, the W4 Pro earbuds are not at all worth it. For $450, I would expect these earbuds to perform almost to perfection. They are far from it. The translations are often off. If you are laying down or have your head in any position, but straightforward, they will not pick up what you are saying. For some reason, every so often, when no one is talking, they will say "Hello Cortana" Who the hell is Cortana? FIX YOUR PRODUCT. $450 is too much for something that sub par.

The M2 headphones use to work decently with maybe a 60% conversion rate however now the app doesn't work at all. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app on two different android phones and nothing works. The app simply will not register any spoken language. Haven't heard back from support yet, but this is unacceptable for as much as these earbuds cost.

It says it offers a choice between both Brazilian and Portuguese accents in the pre-sales description, but after purchasing & downloading, Portuguese is not one of the languages available for offline use (which I stupidly pre-paid for), CS seems to be a digital black hole, and there seems to be no avenue to obtain a refund. Sorely disappointed.
