Ratings and reviews

Ride is fun and convenient, the support team was good, but the v1.1.0 app is awful. -Email validation failed. Txt works -I needed to re-upload my license each time I opened the app. The team said I could skip it, but not so on Android -Unlocking the scooter worked only after the following tweaks: enabling Bluetooth, connecting to a hotspot, and using the large QR code rather than manual entry when the small scan fails. The app gives no indication to try any of these! -Team was helpful, fun ride

very poorly optimzed. When I first downloaded it it, the loading screen took forever to sign up. I have good internet connection so it wasn't on my end and I tried signing up with someone elses phone and encountered the same issue. The new update requiring ID's is the most frustrating thing. Not only does I have to verify with my ID every time I want a ride, uploading the picture doesnt work most of the time. my last issue with this is that I cant unlock a scooter lately since it wont load

For the past month or so, the scooters have had location issues and seemed to have been removed within my area. Just today, I found 2 on the sidewalk and downloaded the app and it seems to be working so far. Will change my review as time goes on. Edit : The app got an update, so everything appears to be fixed.
