The application is always sticking and freezing , it has to uninstall it , then reinstall to reopen. I hope this bug will be figured out

As a foreigner staying for a year in Istanbul, this app is too buggy, i ended up losing money on it, does not properly verify user, the customer service never respond to questions, the app must be installed on a powerful phone (no half whipped quick phones of you are a foreigner, you are out of luck, because your proper phone will stop working after six months, and paycell won't accommodate you). İn addition to the endless dead ends and bugs
