Update: Feature was re-added. Great functionality removed after latest app update. I bought many packages of Squares so I could create my own animations using gif files and carry them over to a wall covered in strings, which really was the only reason I bought the Squares. I was able to do that for a while and then the app was updated. This latest app update has seemed to eliminate that function.

Latest update 04/10/2024 "Compiling effects for this device" I get this message with a spinning wheel everytime I click out of an effect. And it doesn't seem to end. I'm forced to close the app and restart it. There also needs to be a numeric input for the sliders that way users can have more precision when creating effects.

Ok after using the Twinkly app for a few days, I've got a better understanding how to use it. Wish your favorites were a separate icon, so you could access it more quickly. Unfortunately there's no way to have lights come on at sunset/sunrise based on location. Guess I'll use Samsung SmarThings app to turn on/off at sunset & night. Wish the app was easier to use & lights were a little brighter.
