This app is bad. They have pulled a page from TD banks playbook and structure purchases to increase the amount of money they make from overdraft fees. Do not rely on the apps ability to keep a balance. It is not accurate. I've lost count of how many times pending purchases have magically disappeared and then reappeared. Only ever happens in my pleasure account I keep a low balance in. They will deny it of course. But.

I gave the old app 5 stars, it was really good. Some of the really good spending analysis tools that were on that app are gone now, and the new app doesn't connect to my credit card, which makes any spending analysis tools pointless. I am sure there are, or will be, some good pieces moving forward, but at the moment this is a downgrade from the previous experience.

Since the fantastic, phenomenal, fabulous, life-changing benefit that the merger with VSECU brought to us, and this app that was re-worked by dine high-school kids with no user interface experience, we've had to deal with this fat, clumsy, clunky, half-fast application that requires double the mouse clicks and provides half the information of what once was a quick, lean, responsive & intuitive interface. I can't help but think the developers majored in Crayola.
