This app is completely useless. I get an error message every time. When I try to log in through the website, it says the page is unavailable due to maintenance. It's been MONTHS. That's a lot of "maintenance" for a page and app that don't even work. I'm a recent mobile customer and have never been able to see my bill. I'm not paying a bill I haven't seen, so I called and had them switch to the good old paper billing, which goes against every eco-conscious molecule in my body.

I am so tired of having to sign in everytime without having my phone to auto recall the password. Just don't log me off... and that stupid, put your number here to see your consumption doesn't work either. Really fed up of this app, no idea why I even keep it. The internet site is just as poorly maintained. French and English versions have a different experience, in English version the button leads to error no recognized page, that same button in French functions just fine.

This app never worked. It lags, it processes, and it ends up doing nothing else than nothing! It's such a waste of time ! And yes, the app was up to date. And yes, my cellphone was up to date. And yes, I contacted the customer service but I always ended up with the same problem ! I'm so disappointed of Videotron overall !
