Important information:
- You will need a Vodafone GigaTV Cable contract with the GigaTV Cable Box 2 in order to use the GigaTV mobile app. Customers with other Vodafone TV boxes cannot use this application.
- Are you already a GigaTV customer have a Giga TV Cable Box 2? Then register in the app with your “MeinKabel” or “MeinVodafone” access data. Forgot your access data? You can get help at: https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/account/login - You will need a smartphone or tablet with internet connectivity
- The Vodafone GigaTV mobile app on the go is only available in Germany and all member states of the EU. A suitable mobile end device with internet connectivity is required. Accessing content via a mobile device may incur additional costs.
- A maximum of three devices can be registered with the Vodafone GigaTV mobile app. Content can be accessed on up to two mobile receiving devices simultaneously. When accessing a time-limited offer (such as VoD), simultaneous content use is not possible.
- For customers using a Vodafone GigaTV Cable Box, channel availability may differ between the GigaTV Cable Box and the app. Channel availabilty may also vary depending on the connection in use (WLAN, mobile network).
- Be aware that ad blockers and anti tracking apps can block access to the service and trigger different error messages when using the app. Please disable them when using the app. More about data that we are collecting you can find under Data Protection in app setting
