Constantly pushing it's credit card and you have to go way down the menu to actually get to the store. When I click on order tracking it asks for the tracking number. OK. So I go to the email I received to copy the tracking number and, no, if I try to copy it, it just becomes a link for the Von Maur site version of the entire letter. No list of what I ordered, no pic, nothing. Awful.

Excellent customer service and nice selection in every department. The store is always clean, and the website is very easy to use.

App was simple to use and very fluid for making the credit card payment--no glitches experienced. BUT very glitchy for other things such as making necessary changes to get reward points and selecting my store.
