This app hasn't been opening (let alone working) for over 2 months. This is unacceptable when the consequences for not having correct whereabouts are massive. IT are recommending to have the latest version 1.0.87 which I have however it's not an upgrade. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 8 times over the last 2 months. We can't go in and clear the storage cache as it doesn't even open.

Unreliable and glitchy Previously it has failed to pass on additional information for my address, meaning testers have struggled to access my property. I have notifications set to 30mins before my hour slot. However, these never come through until I try and log into the app when then all come at once. I set the app to use biometric log ins but it hasn't changed so I still have to use the text verification which today isn't working at all so I am unable to log in.

About as useless as Anne Frank's drum kit. Doesn't open past login regardless of version and clearing cache etc does nothing to fix the issue. Please learn how to build an app that can open past a loading screen otherwise it's the people who this is supposed to aid, the athletes, that suffer.
