I can't view the About page in the app. It causes the app to crash. As a result, I can't see the current FW version or other details. The initial Bluetooth connection can be extremely difficult to get going. On recent attempts, it didn't work until I toggled BT off/on on my phone and waited several minutes between (many) attempts. Several of the EVSE's connected features are only accessible through FordPass. There is no way to export charge logs.

Never connects. I stand in between my car and the charging station and still will not connect. Why did you have to get rid of the MyFord app? It was perfect!!! I can't lock my car, start it, or check the charging status from my phone now. This absolutely sucks. And going to the dealership to get help is a lost cause.

Downgraded pending a fix from Ford's or the developer, as we can't lock the charger. Also when interfacing with the Ford Pass app it loses the schedules when it feels like it and also is hit and miss just connecting. The issue is that it's hard to tell if it one or both apps and the way they interact.
