my original dues were ₹9563 and I paid in time through Bhim UPI to save fine but due to bug the amount recredited to my bank account after the due date. Now the fine of ₹200 has been levied and dues becomes 9886. I paid again but bill shows pending. Earlier, after the payment the app used to show - no bill pending for payment. Now you make multiple payments for the same bill the app accepts and doesn't nullify your dues.

It is a payment app and I am not able to make payment. Also it gives you option to lodge a complaint once and no tracking of that. They just sent the message to the mobile number. After some time another message was recieved that your issue is resolved without any follow up and no detailed issue. They just give some 30-50 words limit to describe.

After having made payment through this app , as always , took screenshots of payments made . But with my same account numbers when I want to check payment history , the same app says my account number is invalid . I wonder how an app can within moments behave like this . And the glitch continues even now . I had a good opinion of this app - not now . Earlier I would have rated five star - now even one they don't deserve
