Ratings and reviews

Absolute worst salon system I've ever worked with. Some days you can cash out a gift card, some days you can't, which obviously clients just love 😒 functionality changes by the day, sometimes things work, most times they don't. With both the app, and the website. Absolute trash and I can't wait for Supercuts to be done with their contract.

Began using this app approximately 1+ year ago (am not great with time) as the spa I work at required it. Was very happy until changes were then made to it. Now it constantly kicks me off and I must sign in repeatedly while it's in use. This is extremely annoying, frustrating and disappointing. My colleagues are experiencing the same difficulty. Please correct this defect ASAP. Thank you.

I don't think anyone in my workplace has anything good to say about Zenoti. Major complaints: Getting logged out for no apparent reason. Taking way too long to load to where you can read or log SOAP notes (this is infuriating to say the least). Lack of visual cue (color coding!!!) for different services. Lack of visual cue indicating an add-on. Lack of visual cue for clients getting another service immediately after. The list goes on... We all wish we could just go back to Millennium.
