Love the concept, but the app always bugs when I try to login.

I love using rebuy as a buyer but as I wanted to sell my unopened original packed and labeled expensive business books, they offered me 6€ per book, which I ofc didnt want to. But then the app got me locked and all buttons that enables me to go back just disappeared. Had to switch off the phone and tried again, again the same happened. Once more I restarted my phone and deleted the app. Its such a shame to see such a thing from a sellers pov, Idk how to use it as a buyer again.

Had to reinstall the app the other week as my basket was suddenly empty. After successfully using it again, was ready to complete the minimum amount to sell, and same thing happened again. Basket's empty and it can't scan anything. Reinstalled it and nothings changed. Nothings wrong with my phone as all my other apps including another app similar to rebuy works fine.
