I'm impressed and satisfied with this app. I've had terrible experiences with medical appointments and follow-ups and insurance claims and billing in the past with other hospitals and clinics, and this year 2023 that started with an accident, everything has gone flawlessly without mistakes from UHealth, and this app, OMG! Makes everything easy, transparent and reliable. Every update has something better, I can't wait to see the nexts ideas added to this app. This is true innovation. Thank you!

This app has worked for me for a while until today. I try to open it and it keeps crashing. I think the new change has messed it up. Mine tried to change and it didn't work after that. My husband has it on apple and it works fine. It may be the android app.

For some reason, I feel like I get double charged for everything with UM, UHealth. I paid in cash for my visit to UHealth at Walgreens. Didn't get a receipt and of course now I get charged again! I paid for a visit at Bascom Palmer...then I received another charge that I ended up paying because it was so past due. There seems to be some sort of disconnect with their payment system. Will be sticking to Baptist Health. Thanks but NO thanks UHealth!
