This is the second time I am installing this app and this time also this app made mi disappointed, I registered and when I filled up username and password to login it's show that the mail address or password is wrong when everything was right.

Initially there was a problem logging into the app as there was an issue with the UK mobile number being too long. This was resolved by the service desk. 👍 There is still a problem on the main portal with the UK mobile number length, but at least everything else works as advertised.

So I took a note of my energy usage last month and in the 10 days prior to billing, according to the app, I used treble my usual energy consumption! Two of those days the house was empty but it shows extremely high energy consumption. Something has to be wrong with the app, my meter, or the reading. Now I have to contact customer service, which is an entirely unpleasant experience. The app doesn't allow screenshots which is very inconvenient as I have to physically write down the consumption.
