My Fort Worth (MyFW) is the official app for residents and visitors to quickly and easily report issues to the City of Fort Worth. Users can provide a brief description, pictures, and use a map-based location feature to submit issues like graffiti, potholes, or high grass. Once submitted, the request will go directly to the appropriate team for a quick response. The user can view the status of the request in the app and receive a notification when it is complete. Working together to build a strong community.

Horrible. The choices on this app are confusing. It is extremely difficult to find what you need. It is even more difficult to find out how to report issues. Now, they want pictures of animal cruelty. There is no way to report a dog barking constantly barking at midnight in 100-degree weather. How do you take a picture of a dog barking in excessive heat? Horrible app that is mostly useless.

The app is worthless if the city does nothing. And don't bother with pictures because they won't see them. 1/23- another report and nothing but excuses from code enforcemnet for doing nothing. update 7-28-23 Now the app just doesn't work, just takes.you to a blank webpage
