1/6/20 Issues with uploading pictures has been fixed. Working smooth now! Thank you. **(1st review) It works great at first, then an "error" message keeps popping up when you try to update or try to take pictures of your paperwork to send them in. I just keep uninstalling and re-installing to make it work. Please fix this issue! This would be a terrific app if it actually worked properly!

App is terribly in need of work. Login issues, inability to upload documents, confusing instructions and poor formatting for reading documents. Tells you to go to the website, which is completely different and refuses to connect my account. Sad but it seems it hasn't been updated in years. But at least you can still call them up and get different answers every time depending on who you speak to.

I have never had a problem until recently. The app is not allowing me to upload any documents. I contacted help desk and was told it was my phone and just a singular issue specific to me, but I have tried from different devices and I've had 3 people try to do the same from their own profile and devices and it isn't working. It's obviously not me if 3 people I know are having the same exact issue. And it's only been since the update because I use this app for EVERYTHING!
