Just a worse version of the mobile website. You're better off bookmarking/creating a shortcut to the mobile site. It doesn't lag as much.

it feels like with every update, you guys make this app more unsuable. with extremely long load times, and only being able to navigate to anything more than a dead home screen when i enter a chat with a representative, it makes me wonder if the purpose of the update was to make it impossible to navigate so no one can catch their bus on time? because if it is, you've blown it out of the park.

It takes somewhere between 100 and 200 keypresses to buy a ten ride reload. Also, ten rides is the only pay-as-you-go option. This often doesn't even last ten rides because the electronic transfer system usually doesn't work, which means one ride usually turns into two. Please update to a more modern system as soon as you possibly can, because this one is bad. Maybe Presto?
