Subject: Issue with Profile Verification on Swiggy Delivery App Dear Swiggy Support Team, I am writing to express my frustration with the profile verification process on the Swiggy delivery app. Despite multiple attempts, my profile has not been verified, which is hindering my ability to fully utilize the app's features. I have ensured that all the required information and documents are correctly uploaded. However, the verification process seems to be stuck, and I have not received any update😭

I've recently faced issues with Swiggy regarding the return zone bonus. On some long-distance orders, I expected the return bonus as an incentive for traveling back without an order, but upon inquiry, I was told that the return bonus was "not applicable" for that particular order. It's frustrating and confusing not knowing when this bonus will apply. The lack of clear criteria or consistency is disappointing, especially when we're putting in the extra time and fuel to fulfill these orders.

Worst app that I have ever used. They will control all the settings of your device putting them in general mode from vibration and making irritating sounds. Even you are moving to deliver your order in the mid you hear a sound, your order is getting delayed. There are alot of improvements that need to be done with the app. You cannot switch on the developer options if you have installed this app in your device. And also if there is any complaint from us, we are not getting any response from
