Optimisation of the app is terrible. Crashes frequently on both Android and Apple. Having to use this app for work can be a nightmare( especially in the elements) mainly because of the amount of time the app crashes or has slow load times. Staff and team members are great, normally responsive, and respectful.

Compared to other similar apps, Swift is much less overwhelming to use and provides an easy-to-use experience even for the uninitiated.

Your app keeps closing after taking a picture to upload wastes a ton of battery has trouble loading and as a tower tech trying to closeout a site this isnt good please correct
