With the BNL app, you have the situation of your current accounts and cards always under control! The new app has a renewed design and the user experience is even simpler and more intuitive: in short, managing your daily life has never been easier and faster! It is also possible to access the app using the Fingerprint from Android 6.0 and above. (Except for devices that do not use the Google Fingerprint API). Access to telephone contacts is necessary to have mobile top-ups from your address book and for the correct functioning of the Bank's security systems through the Telephone ID. The Android rules provide that this permission is placed in the category inherent to calls, but the app will not manage them in any way. Through the app you can:

· Purchase products such as credit cards and prepaid cards directly in the app;

· View the ceiling of all your cards, even the shared ones;

· Save your reminders to never forget a deadline, from paying a bulletin to renewing your identity card;

· View all documents sent by the bank and send us your documents directly from the app;

· Make Italy and Sepa bank transfers, account transfers, mobile phone top-ups and prepaid cards;

· Pay postal bills also via camera, pay MAV / RAV;

Furthermore, you will never lose important communications, thanks to the new personalized Messages area that is always updated; and for every need, you can contact the consultant you need most thanks to Advanced Contacts.

Does not allow me to take a screenshot whenever I need to quickly send it as a receipt to whoever might need to see that a transaction has taken place. Who is in control of whatever information I need to use, the bank or the client? Please don't come up with the security reasons BS and let users at least make a choice on these matters. What is worse is that I cannot find where the hell (to be polite) to download the receipts. Not enough QA from your side.

It does what it needs to do but too slowly. Especially when connecting through a wi-fi it takes forever and turning off the wi-fi on my device, doing what I need to do and then turning it back on becomes a faster alternative than staring at the pulsating loading animation.

Very disappointing app, crashes all the time ( heard others had the same problem with xbnl) , I got blocked out from my account simply because I deleted the app and installed it again. Now it tells me to log out token from previous device so you can enter in this new device ( although it is always the same device) Please don't tell me to call technical support, what waste of my time, 30 min calling no answer. I changed to intesa San Paolo, excellent support and excellent online services.
