Ratings and reviews

Compared to the functionality and UX of other banking apps (Chase is one example), this one is a bit sad. Finding things is not always intuitive, it often kicks me out telling me a new session is "scaduta", there is no option for instantaneous bonifici, and it is just generally clunky. C'mon ING Direct Italia, do better!

App necessary otherwise no home-banking from PC. Prefer dutch version. If no access to Internet or modern smartphone stuck to paid SMS service. Bug in app web-based has not, regarding "invalid characters" in account name when making wire transfer with existing account I use via web-based. Had to switch to web-app otherwise couldn't proceed to confirmation page in app. Only uppercase characters and spaces, to be solved. Annoyingly app does not close or exit with phone's BACK button.

Please provide a dark mode (dark theme) for users based in Italy (globally would be the best). You are blinding me (joking, but please...). It is not that difficult to create a dark theme, and some argue it is becoming the de facto standard for modern web apps. Furthermore, please provide updated and accessible documentation, always.
