Sometimes it shows "no tracks that can played back" on an item I purchased, which I could find it and play it on the website. Maybe one's comment is right, if the track is not in a file, it won't show up on the app. Btw, Idk if I have missed it, I want to have floating subtitle and play videos on it.

The screen goes blank after I open the app. Guess I won't be using it Update on 19 June 2024: Still having the same exact issue, gray screen when I open the app, so I can't use it. The update didn't fix this issue at all.

Been pretty good so far. No bugs on my end but would love for it to have the ability to play videos and can you add the ability to add products to lists rather than individual tracks please. I have quite a few and some even have different options so it'd be nice to put my favourites all together.
