"KASPER" application allows users to easily and simply report waste in the territory of Podgorica or to be informed about recycling yards and locations of underground and aboveground containers.

The application offers the possibility of creating an account for citizens and companies, where a verified e-mail address and password are required to log in. A citizen can report a location in a city where waste has not been disposed of, as well as review current waste reports from other users and monitor their status. The company reports the waste it has collected and selected by entering data on the type and amount of waste.


The application is free, it works on all mobile phones with the iOS operating system, regardless of the screen size, and all you need is internet access.
