I entered a lot of data and went through several steps (including choosing two PINs), only to find out that I can't open an account remotely. For some reason, the developers assume that if I'm not a citizen, I'm not a resident, even though I hold a _permanent_ _residence_ permit. After that, I was shown a map directing me to visit a branch, but the map clearly includes not only branches but also ATMs or similar locations, and it doesn’t even mention that I must book an appointment in advance

Very bad. Biometry is totally broken and not working on android devices. Also, while app showed Biometrics failure, in background payment was successfull and therefor I made 2 paynents. Very bad experience, latest update seems to 'improved' great Citadele app.

After the last update i keep getting kicked out of the app. I could not change my password and kept getting an error - you do not own such device. After a call with bank rep, she provided me with a password to login, but i cannot find where to change it in the app. Still each time i open the app, if i want to login i have to use the password each tome and also set up a pin and biometrics as if it was the first time. Biometrics don't work as well.
