I used to love this app, but since the recent update, they removed fingerprint login, and now it’s a complete mess. Even when I enter the correct username and password I can’t log in. I’ve double-checked my details, and they’re 100% correct. This is completely unacceptable. It’s been like this for weeks, and it’s incredibly frustrating. A banking app should make things easier, not harder. Please fix this as soon as possible or I’ll have to look for other options.

I'm not willing to memorise my username and login for a bank app, the fingerprint was perfect. Other apps are advancing ( deactivate the card with a push of a button) and this one is staying behind like camels piss, always behind Maybe consider paying a different bank to make your banking app. Considering changing banks because of this update. Not to mention the other issues you have with your ATM

A lot of bugs, especially when logging in. You removed the fingerprint login feature which was fast compared to username/password. Now even giving the correct username/password it gives me wrong credentials.
