If you have a Pay Monthly plan, view and settle your bills online no matter where you are. For Pay As You GO customers, top up your number from anywhere to make sure you’re never left without the service you need. On top of that, you can add your card details directly through the app so you can top up your number or even a friend or relative with just a few buttons!

• View your current top-up balance.
• View your top-up history and receipts.
• Add mobile bundles from your top-up balance.

Ratings and reviews

The application is not functioning. Contacted several times Go WhatsApp to no avail. It is still not functioning with a reinstall. No chance of a new account. The app won't accept feeding in details. It says "error... something went wrong" The Old MyGo app worked perfectly upto a month ago, but this was deleted because of issues, to give me chance to create a new account. Still no solution! And the link Go sent me says "oops Page does not exist!!!!"

Beware of the new offer to get an eSIM with 17 GB for free when topping up 5 Euros, it's a Scam! You never get any eSIM and customer support recommends going to an outlet to get a physical SIM instead, doesn't make any sense at all! Update : customer service is the most incompetent I have ever seen anywhere...

It is supposed to be a good app but today it is not working and I also don't know how to remove the option of automatic charging of the 2€ for only 200 mg. I want to give it more Stars because it is a good service but until this is solved it does not deserve them, in addition, they don't help much in customer service
