• You will need a valid UK mobile number and identification to register via NHS login
• Your mobile number and date of birth should be registered with a GP surgery in England
• You can only add your children or people you care for to your health network if they are registered at the same GP with the same mobile number as you
• myGP is a patient-facing service that is approved by the NHS. Any data that you enter is controlled by you and hosted in a safe and secure environment. Where this data is received from your GP / healthcare provider, we rely on their lawful basis to use such data for healthcare purposes. This includes providing medical record access, and specifically access to Covid vaccination data, as part of your medical record, on behalf of your GP.

Ratings and reviews

Never had an issue up till now where the app stipulates there is an issue with my appointment, cancels the appointment from the app and tells me to ring the GP. Repeatedly have to call GP who says the appointment is still there. Update: Still having issues with the app, the gp surgery set up my dependants on the app and I still can't request medications for them and can't login to patient access now either. Beyond a joke this app!!!

This is a great app. Saves me phoning for my blood results. I'm diabetic and have regular blood tests. All the correspondence is in the app as well as many years worth of test results. it is easy to use. You can track your weight and blood pressure. I recommend to everyone! App is easy to use.

it may show appointments but I never seem to be able to book them. so I use the e mail instead but they never confirm that either so I resort to a letter but as you have guessed no confirmation from that. so 111 is the way forward.
