Mobile app not functioning properly. Anytime I attempt to put in a request payment options pull up but it will NEVER go through to submitting your request because the payment option does not allow you to either add a card or click next because it says card is already on file but then it doesn't let you submit either way. Extremely frustrating and tempting to find another provider that their app is user friendly. Piss poor app.

App won't work. Tried uninstalling and installing again and still receive error message when trying to launch the app. The app won't even open. UPDATE: NOW it occasionally works but most of the time it doesn't.

I've been with Oneguard for quite awhile and I think the biggest problem is the horrible people who answer their phones. They will never allow you to speak with a supervisor without jumping through many hoops when you have questions. The app is better.
