The Odido App gives you immediate insight. Do you have a subscription for internet + TV, mobile, a business connection or PrePaid? Nice. With this app you can quickly check your usage, invoices, subscription, credit, purchases, accounts and much more. Just log in with your Odido username and password. When development of an app is carried out by high school students you get this. Darg/light mode improperly applied to oages. White text on white background in thr order progression info boxes, setting thr app in English does not provide full translation and some texts is in Dutch while other is sometimes in Dutch sometimes in English. All in all a poor experience.

i am trying to end my contract with odido for over a year now. i have left the netherlands in 2021. they just extended the contract for another year without my consent. IMHO this is criminal intent specially as they ask you to pay a horrendous amount (like 90€) to end the contract that was never extended by me in the first place. if you can get a different provider.

Sync between the website on your pc and the app takes minutes. It is hard to lync your mobile subscriptions and your internet. You are kicked out every 5 min (dont use the back button). In short the app is hard and it's unfriendly and I caught myself longing for my Government Tax Return App, which is much friendlier.
