Littsint was designed as a tool for parents who want to practice being more caring towards themselves, and thus improve the way they interact with their children.
The app presents a selection of the most common negative thoughts that come to us before we get angry, as well as the most common alternative thoughts that can help us manage this anger. These thoughts were collected during sessions held with over 800 parents seeking help in dealing with their anger.
