The app works great, once you fix the QR scanner problem. I was very close to uninstall it, as it did not recognize QR code of the shop after many tries (I entered my clubcard ID by numbers). But here is the trick: you have to go to Settings -> About -> Advanced settings and here change Barcode scanner type. In my case, default setting "Automatic" did not work, but "Type 2" solved the issue. Now, when it works, the app is very handy, saves a lot of time waiting in the queue and even my kids like to go shopping with me :-)

Troubles with finding the app on my phone. When I search for “Tesco”, it is not shown. It is strange that the app name does not contain the shop name. When I open it from Google Play, it asks me for location permission, for no apparent reason. Payment: * Masterpass would be comfortable. I can select it, but it shows an error message – unsupported protocol. * Google Pay would be comfortable. However, it wants me to write Google credentials in the app. * Card autocomplete also does not work.

Random checks become almost a rule again. I love the option to pay via online payment gate without going to the checkout (it would be good if I didn't have to type card details manually the first time, but using Google Pay autocomplete). Also it would be great if it was integrated (one app) with clubcard app - e.g. you need to have your physical Tesco Clubcard with you to scan it into this app, even though you have it saved in the Clubcard app. "Electronic" vouchers from Clubcard could be in too
