Simple and basic features such as money transferring do not work, looks and functions like it was programmed by a 10 year old. Absolutely unusable and a hassle to get it to even log in/activate.

Very bad service regarding steps of activation and no option available regarding forgetting the password or login id which must be available either with email or phone number. Bad regarding sending money between accounts. Bad regarding updating the status after withdrawal money.

One of the ugliest apps I've ever seen. Even worse when it comes to UX. Honestly it's laughable. Update: why would anyone trust this? Looks like scam. Activating the app is even worse, wow. Qi Services for Al-Rafidain bank is superior, looks good and does everything better. You can even issue cards from within that app. TBI is total garbage, stay away, people.
