Frustrating and Useless App Experience I had a terrible experience with the PAK Identity app. After creating an account, it repeatedly asked for location permissions, which I granted. However, every time I tried to log in, it showed the error message, "We can't retrieve your location at the moment." Unreliable and Frustrating Experience I've tried using the NADRA app to renew my card, but every time I open the app or access the renewal details, I get an error message saying "Service Down." This issue occurs repeatedly and makes the process incredibly frustrating. The app is unreliable and a complete waste of time. Pathetic service.

I've been trying to use the Pak Identity app for two weeks, but it's been a frustrating experience. The biometric verification consistently fails with errors like "service down," missing citizen number or issue date, or endless loading. These issues make the app unusable. A government app of this importance should not be live without passing basic QA tests. Comprehensive testing and server stability improvements are urgently needed to make this app functional.
