Ratings and reviews

Most of the features are not working - you just get a message "Coming soon" instead of actual functions. Their web interface also has lots of bugs blocking the functionality. Their sales department is a mess - they assigned 3 different accountants for me during a single day while my access to the accounting interface wasn't activated yet. They did it without even letting me know how much it cost. And none of the accountants new about the other ones.

The app works extremely slow on android 7, a table containing one invoice usually is loading for 1 minute. I ve sent a number of messages to the support about that, nothing happened. EDIT: The applied improvements changed very little, in the meantime I have changed my phone to a much faster one with Android 9, but the app is still extremely slow.

The import of company data between profiles doesn't work; support by email is very slow and unprofessional.
