It was fine, until one day "error connecting to external server" when trying to activate a ticket. This behavior persisted for more than 24 hours, and I uninstalled it afterward. Several days later I tried again and it still wasn't fixed.

Dzień dobry,
Taki komunikat pojawia się w przypadku gdy doszło do zmiany taryfy i klient chce aktywować bilet ze starej taryfy.

So this is yet another travel app that I can't use with my phone number. The first step to access this app is to put in your phone number. Polish phone numbers have 9 digits. Norwegian phone numbers have 8. So it just tags my input as an error (yes I did add the 47 before the actual number, nevertheless). On to the next one.

Aktualnie aplikacja obsługuje jedynie polskie numery telefonów. Jesteśmy w trakcie tworzenia nowej aplikacji, gdzie będzie możliwość wpisywania innego numeru niż polskiego.

Frankly, my 5 star for this app is partly for my sympathy towards developers who have suffered from the barbaric and stupid acts of my short-minded fellow Indonesian countrypeople against this application due to their misunderstanding, thinking this application as the one used in our country and being enraged when they could not even understand the language. However, I also used Google Translate to figure out the capability of this app and was quite impressed. Keep up the good work.
