Surprisingly unreliable (or not, given what is, traditionally, a sector very slow to keep up with technological changes). For a bank that is always trying to push you into using more and more their app and their website, this thing only sparingly works. It's a shame that we increasingly get forced to pay for everything, every operation, in a push to use more and more their own App, when we then are confronted with an App that is most of time showing us a never-ending loading screen.

The information is scattered all over the app, under poorly labelled menus. Only after a long time using this app can you start to really get things done and know where things are. A good UX review should be made. Also the UI isn't that good, with dated icons, but the essential for me would at least be the UX. If you have your phone in English instead of Portuguese the app will be displayed in a weird mix of Portuguese and English making it even less intuitive

Many issues with the last version after updating to Android 10. It freezes all the time and I have to manually close the app and restart. It freezes every time I leave the app for a few seconds and then come back to it (let's say to get bank details from someone I'll be making a transfer to). It's also freezing after selecting the type of transfer (simple or immediate) every time making it impossible to transfer through the app :(
