and other information of interest, which will make it possible to obtain the requested information quickly and optimize the times for resolution of the claims.
When you finish making a claim, an SMS will be sent with the information of the claim number.
In addition, it offers the service called "MI ANDE", where Contract Holders customers can have free access to:
- Consult and download the last 15 invoices issued.
- Access comparative graphs of your consumption history and amounts for the last 12 months.
- Manage the sending of messages to your cell phone or to those that the client determines, choosing the notifications that you want to receive (meter reading date, reading and invoiced consumption,
Issuance of invoice, due date, court notice due to non-payment or scheduled, notice of payment made, etc.)
- Block queries to your supply data.
- Enter the reading of the meter for billing your consumption.
