I have received every item I ever ordered in good condition, and usually fast enough. I sent smth. only once, and the delivery was excellent too. I am very happy with the Fanbox system, and even happier with the new feature which allows one to postpone pickup up to 72 hrs. Keep it up!

disgusting app. no details at all regarding your package. no way to contact the support. delivery is very slow and unpleasing. other apps have trackers, can see the approximate delivery time, all details, here is nothing. very bad

disgusting service they say my parcel is delivered but it's not and they didn't even call me in the time of delivery and now I emailed them but they do not respond to emails and there is no section to complain about my lost parcel in this app even I tried to call the office but guess what they don't even receive calls
