I have used this app for a while. something changed...update maybe and now using it is frustrating. I have used it with phone number and password and then used it with biometric finger print. it was easy. a while back the finger print no longer worked right. it just repeated and then wanted a pin which didn't work either. I took the finger print off. still no go. I tried resetting my password, had to do an email token and that would get me in. I literally have to do that everytime now to get in

App logged in the first time just fine, scheduled my apt, it was great. Then a week or two letter (present day) I'm trying to login to the app and it's just stuck in an infinite loop. Asks for fingerprint, I pass the test, it acts like it's loading, then it asks for fingerprint again in an infinite loop.

It worked for the 1st few months But then every time I try to schedule an appointment a big red stripe would come across the screen saying "Something has gone wrong" a d it wouldn't schedule the appt. Totally frustrating considering the office doesn't answer the phone so that you can make an appt. The recorded message says "go to our scheduling app and schedule your next appt.
